How do I know that the restaurant has received my order?
Once you submit your order, a page will be displayed that shows your order status. For the first 30-45 seconds, the page will show a status of
Awaiting Confirmation from the Restaurant. When your order has been accepted by the restaurant, the status will automatically change to
Order Accepted! in real-time.
If you have closed your browser accidentally, or prefer not to watch the status of your order in real-time, you can also check your email to see the status of your order. You will receive one email that contains the details of your order, and then a second email (a minute or two later) which confirms that your order was accepted by the restaurant.
What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation email or text message?
If you have not received the confirmation email within 10 minutes of submitting your order, please check your Junk/Spam folders in your email account. If there is still no sign of your order confirmation email, please check your
My Orders page to view the status of your order.
If you are using a free web-based email provider (such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo!, etc.) please make sure you add no-reply@takeaway.ie to your Safe Senders "whitelist" to ensure delivery.
What if I get the confirmation email but the restaurant does not have any record of my order?
If you get a confirmation email, the restaurant received your order. If your food doesn't arrive (or is not ready for collection) within the expected timeframe, please
contact us and we will look into this matter for you.
What if I want to change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

Call the restaurant as soon as possible! You can find the restaurant's phone number in the confirmation email you received after you submitted your order.
